The Supreme Court of Nepal has postponed a hearing on a dispute regarding the appointment of the Managing Director of Nepal Electricity Authority, delaying the case to a later date. A division bench of Justices Kumar Chudal and Nityananda Pandey had conducted the hearing on Tuesday, reviewing petitions from the former and newly appointed managing directors. The hearing remained inconclusive, leaving the case to be reviewed at a later date. This is not the first time the case has been postponed, having been given special priority for today’s hearing.
