“It’s a fan when I’m in bed, but if not, it’s a hair dryer. If I get up, if he’s still in bed, I hear him looking for a hair dryer,” said the 39-year-old ex-footballer’s wife.

“Has he told you before that it caught fire? The hair dryer is cold, but one time it was cold, so he turned it on hot… and it exploded!” he said.

“Sometimes I fall asleep. I had one that burned during the night when I was at DC United. I woke up and it was melting on my leg,” he recalled.
